Dragging

I come in to work
and sometimes see
people dragging a suitcase
with wheels on it.
I guess it's their briefcase.
What's in there?
Why do they need to drag so much
stuff from work to home and back again.
Is that what they mean by
"pulling one's weight?"

I wonder if I'm working hard enough?
